You should receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. Please check Spam and Junk folders. Contact us as soon as possible if you have not received the email as this could suggest there has been a problem with the booking.

Participation Forms
Each participant (or their legal guardian if under 18) must complete a participation form before the activity takes place. This will include a declaration of medical conditions and a disclosure or risk in the activity.
No person will be allowed to take part without Paddle West having received these forms.
Participants must be honest in disclosing medical conditions, injuries and additional needs. If their condition may require medication on the activity, they must bring this with them. Failing to bring required personal medication will lead to refusal of participation and no refund will be offered.
Liability, Behaviour and Insurance
“Outdoor activities are assumed risk sports which carry inherent risks. Participants should be aware of these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement”
Paddle West holds Public Liability insurance for our activities.
You may wish to take out your own personal insurance on top of this.
Paddle West will not be held liable for injuries or damages resulting from participants failing to follow instructions or safety rules.
Paddle West staff may stop a whole activity or ask a participant to leave at any time if they feel that an individual’s behaviour is endangering themselves or others. In this situation no refund will be offered.
Cancellation Policy
If Paddle West needs to cancel:
Paddle West may have to change or cancel/postpone an advertised tour. This would normally only be due to adverse weather conditions or other factors outside our control.
In this situation we will contact you to provide an alternative route, time or date. If one cannot be found that works for you and us - we will provide a full refund.
If you find you need to cancel:
We will provide a full refund if notified 7 days or more before the planned activity.
If cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour start time a 50% refund will be provided.
If cancelled less than 48 hours before the start time of the tour - no refund will be provided.
By booking with Paddle West, you state that you have read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
